I'm Tabitha Santoro. I've spent 25 years teaching group fitness across central Massachusetts and northeastern Connecticut — and I've brought all of it back home to Webster. Every class I teach is designed to meet you where you are, push you further than you thought you could go, and make you want to come back next week.

Is the first class really free?
Yes — completely free, no strings attached. Walk in, try any class, meet the group. If it's not for you, no hard feelings. We think you'll love it.
I'm not in great shape. Will I be able to keep up?
Absolutely. Every class is designed for all fitness levels — beginners are welcome and expected. Tabitha takes the time to learn where you're starting from and adjusts accordingly. You won't be the only one who had to take a breather.
Which class should I start with?
Not sure? Just tell us your energy level and what you're trying to accomplish — we'll point you to the right class. Options range from low-impact (Pilates, Barre, Silver Sneakers) to high-intensity (Tabata, HIIT, Boot Camp).
What do classes cost after the free one?
Reach out and we'll walk you through the current pricing and schedule. We keep it simple and affordable — no contracts or long-term commitments required.
Is Body by Tabitha a gym?
Not in the traditional sense. If you're looking for a fitness center in Webster, MA with rows of treadmills and a membership you forget you're paying for — that's not us. We're a group fitness studio at 131 East Main Street offering 15 class styles across 25+ weekly sessions. Every class is instructor-led and capped small, so beginners aren't left guessing. Most people who find us were searching for a gym in Webster MA and wanted something that felt less like one.
What should I bring to my first class?
Just wear comfortable workout clothes and bring water. We're at 131 East Main Street in Webster — come a few minutes early so we can get you set up and introduced to the group.
